Stained Glass + 3D printing

A series of photo filters centered on abstraction, distortion, and blur.

The Mirage filter series is the culmination of a year of creation.

It extends a body of work that began with the modification of conventional filters (liquids, sandpaper, etc.) to produce visual distortions, before gradually replacing them with our own PET-G creations during the development of SENTO.

Following this artistic direction, we sought to give a singular materiality to light, blur, and transparency. This process led us toward a balance between 3D printing and glassmaking craftsmanship.

The Mirage filters are thus inspired by the art of looking through, approaching a filtered vision, glimpsed, partially revealed.

The small filter is designed for smartphone use, while the large filter is intended for professional applications.

They are all conceived to be handheld (rather than mounted), offering greater maneuverability and creative freedom in the process, particularly the ability to imagine and iterate in real time.
